The new website is fast, intuitive and easy to use, with simpler navigation and a much-improved search to help you get to the products you need quickly.
Useful filters make it easy to narrow down your options, while clearer product pages provide more information and specifications when you need them.
Our extensive range is also much more visible and accessible. Whether you’re looking for watch straps, batteries, watch tools and parts, jewellery findings, watches and clocks, or watch winders and storage, it’s easier to browse what’s available without having to dig through multiple sections.
You may even discover products you didn’t realise we stocked!
We’ve also brought related ranges together where it makes sense. For example, you can now browse Morellato watch straps alongside our LBS straps, making it easier to compare your options and find the right strap for your customer.
Watch Straps – Easier to Browse, Faster to Order
Nowhere is the trade-focused design of the new website more apparent than in our watch straps section.
With such a huge choice of watch straps available, finding exactly what you need has to be quick and straightforward. The new site makes it easy to browse the full range and narrow down your choice by colour and size.
Once you’ve found the style you need, you can simply add individual straps straight to your basket. Or, if you’re ordering a larger range, use the easy-to-use order form at the bottom of the product page. Here, you can quickly select the sizes and quantities you need, while continuing to benefit from the accurate, up-to-date stock information available on the LBS website. So, you’ll know what’s in stock before you place your order.
Need just one or two straps? You don’t even have to open the full product page. The new Quick Add feature lets you add a strap straight to your basket as you browse – perfect for quick top-up orders.
Together, these features make browsing and ordering from our extensive watch strap range quicker and easier, whether you’re replenishing your display, finding a replacement strap for a customer or ordering for the workshop.
Save Your Regulars to Favourites
We know many of our customers order the same essential products time and again.
The new Favourites feature makes repeat orders much easier. Simply click the heart on a product to add it to your Favourites. It will then appear in your Favourites every time you log in, so the products you order regularly are always quick and easy to find.
From your most-used watch batteries and popular watch straps to everyday workshop and jewellery essentials, Favourites can help take some of the work out of regular ordering.
Quick Order – Made for Busy Retailers
The new Quick Order feature makes entering a bulk order quick and easy. Simply enter the SKU and quantity you need to build your order.
It’s particularly useful when you’re reordering to fill gaps in your display or working directly from product tags or labels.
If you’re ordering watch straps for individual customers or repairs, you can also add your own reference, making it easier to keep track of which items are for which job or customer.
